The design process at Mr. Cabinet starts with an enjoyable "Discovery" service to explore the many designs, door styles, finishes, hardware and accessories available for your perfect kitchen. The discovery is where you explain your dream kitchen and have your professional designer pull together the elements of your dream kitchen as they work with you one-on-one. The designer will share their thoughts with you about fresh ideas, space, and the latest technologies to inspire you. Ready to begin planning your project? We have some tips to help: Create a portfolio or scrapbook of photos from magazines you like, notes, features, appliances, sketches, etc. If you're remodeling, take a few photos for your portfolio. Talk with your family. Go over the features they would love to have in your new kitchen. Call us for an initial "Get to know each other" . Our designers will be happy to discuss your plans and if you like, set an appointment. Perhaps one of the most important tips. "GET INSPIRED"! Feel free to visit our showroom where you will see complete kitchen displays. The first time you stop into our showroom we will... Answer any and all questions or concerns you may have. If you would like, we will assist you in establishing a budget. Discuss your portfolio of ideas #Remember to bring in your ideas#. Demonstrate the newest in kitchen and bath cabinetry designs and features. Show you the different types of door styles and finishes. If you like what you see, We will come to your home or condominium and take measurements. We will create a unique design based on your ideas and plans. We will go over your budget again and give you a competitive price. Finally, we will meet with you to go over the design, the pricing and the overall plans and process. |

Getting Ready… When we receive a signed order from you, we will issue a set of cabinet plans. You, your plumber, or your electrician can use these drawings to assist them in the placement of any new electrical or plumbing work needed. When you place the order for your new kitchen and tops, you have 4-6 weeks to get the room ready for cabinets. The flooring installation people generally come in after the cabinets are installed. All site preparation pertinent to the installation must be completed before cabinets and countertops can be installed. Delivery… Unless you have purchased your kitchen “Cash and Carry”, delivery is included in the price of your cabinets. Payment for all cabinets is expected in full upon cabinet delivery. Unless arrangements are made in advance, you are expected to be available to take delivery, help unload, and provide payment for your new cabinets. Installation… We pride ourselves in the timely manner in which we are able to provide you with a new kitchen. In most cases, our Mr-Cabinet authorized installers are able to provide you with a “Three Day Quality Installation Guarantee”.
